We were in the area for a couple of months. Our dog had not been groomed for a couple of months. I called and was able to get an appointment within two days. I asked the price and was quoted $30.00. All we wanted was to have her bathed, nails trimmed and shaved down. Nothing fancy. Upon picking her up I was charged $35.00. At the front desk was a long list if you pet has not been groomed for x amount time and on and on there were extras charges. The hair cut was terrible!!! It looked like it took about five minutes of work. She was nicked on her back leg as well. My friend stopped by a day later and wanted to know who groomed her. She'd never seen our dog look so raggedy. Poor Sassy still isn't speaking to us. We wondered if we had not made it known that we were snow birds what our experience would have been. Just a word to the wise don't drive up in a Lexus. Reno Snowbirds
